Private Tour Booking & Cancellation Policies

By booking a private tour experience with Twisted Texas Tour, you understand and agree to the following terms.

Booking & payment

• Groups of 14 or fewer: full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Bus tours, or groups of 15 or more: a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
• We can't confirm your tour until payment is received.
• We reserve the right to cancel a booking within two business days of it being placed.

Group size

You can adjust your headcount up to 48 hours before the tour at no extra charge. After that, your numbers are final.

Refunds & cancellations

• 50% of your total tour cost is non-refundable — this secures your vehicle, staff, and vendor partners.
• The remaining 50% (if paid up front) is refundable up until 48 hours before your start time.
• Final payment is collected 48 hours prior to the tour. After that point, tours are 100% non-refundable unless otherwise stated by your travel insurance.
• If we cancel your tour, you'll receive a full refund.

Travel insurance

For extra peace of mind, we offer travel insurance: $75 for a private van tour and $250 for a private bus tour. With travel insurance, you'll receive a 100% refund (minus the cost of the insurance) for tours cancelled more than 24 hours before your start time.

Private van tours can be booked online, and you can add travel insurance during checkout. Private bus tours are arranged directly with a member of our staff, who will offer travel insurance to you at the time of booking.
