Cancellation & Refund Policies
Cancellation policies differ by tour — you can view your tour's exact policy on the specific tour page, or a generalized summary below:
Public Bus Tours
Full refunds will be given up to 48 hours before the start of tour for all public tours. Tours canceled by you within 48 hours of the tour start time will not be refunded. So control yourself on Sixth Street the night before and come ready for a good time!
Private Tours
Private tours receive a 50% refund when cancelled 48 hours prior to the start of the tour. The other 50% of the tour cost is non-refundable. We now offer travel insurance to give you more flexibility — you can purchase this at time of booking. More details on private tour policies can be found HERE.
